Adult Cooking Classes

The Italian Center popular Cooking Classes, for members and non-members, teach students how to prepare delicious Italian cuisine. Class menus include items such as Insalata all Caprese, Chicken Francese, Torta Caprese, Pepper Steak Valastro, Seafood Salad and much more. Attendees participate in cooking and enjoy the food they have prepared.

Cooking classes will be held from 5:30pm to 8:30pm for $25 per member per class and $60 per non-member per class. Registration is on a first-come, first-paid basis.  Spaces are limited and fill up quickly.  You can sign up online or through the front office at 203-322-6941.  Students should bring an apron, notebook, pencil and a sharp kitchen knife.  Classes will be held in the Italian Center kitchen. Students will dine on the dinners they’ve prepared.

The class menu changes seasonally and is taught by Italian Center members, Paul and Darry Bova.
