The six lane indoor heated pool is open year round and during all normal operating hours. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult or person over 15 years old. The indoor pool area also features a heated spa, which is open whenever the indoor pool is open, and is available for our members, age 18 years and older, to enjoy.

The indoor gymnasium features a full-length basketball court and is used for all adult athletic programs, including personal training and fitness classes. Adult basketball games are played every Sunday morning and Tuesday evenings in the gym. Children’s recreational activities are typically held in the gym over the fall, winter and early spring months during the late afternoons.

Our multi-level fitness center offers a variety of choices for members looking to lose or maintain their weight, tone or strengthen muscle mass or simply stay fit & healthy.

Some of the many options include circuit training, weight resistance equipment, cardio stations and free weights.

Both ladies and men’s locker rooms are available for use whenever the club is open. Six showers with private dressing areas are included in each of the locker rooms.

The wheelchair accessible/family rooms are available for members who need their own private space to change and/or shower. These rooms are also available for parents who have young children and do not want to expose their child to the adult locker room environment.

Serafresca at the IC is Fairfield County’s Premier Banquet and Conference Facility. With a grand ballroom seating up to 600 guests, recently updated décor, and unique outdoor event space for your summer functions, our facility is the ideal location for your special event. In addition to our grand ballroom, we have smaller rooms for more intimate occasions or meetings.
