Designed specifically for children ages 12-15 years-old, this interactive class teaches the essential fundamentals and benefits of strength training and conditioning. This basic training program, taught by our certified trainers, includes instruction and use of free weights, cardio and fitness machines, TRX Suspension Trainer and body weight exercises with a focus on form and exercise science.
