Catering Team

With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, our Catering Director, Chris Marrero, brings a wealth of expertise to our team. Fluent in both Spanish and English, he has managed and owned multiple catering ventures. His profound understanding of outstanding customer service is complemented by a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from Johnson & Wales University.

Under the guidance of Executive Chef Erik Cohen, Serafresca at the IC offers a culinary experience that is truly exceptional. With an impressive background that includes ownership of A & S Fine Foods in Stamford and E & E Gourmet Shop in Tarrytown, as well as his role as Executive Chef at River City Grill in Irving, NY, Chef Cohen brings a wealth of expertise to the table.
A graduate of Johnson & Wales Culinary School, he is dedicated to delivering an extraordinary dining experience.
