Aqua Aerobics Cardio Strength
Aqua aerobics is a fun, low impact workout that will improve cardiovascular fitness, burn calories and tone muscles with minimal impact on joints.
This class includes a combination of interval cardio along with strengthen movements with apparatus challenging arms, legs, shoulders and core.
Tabata Aqua Boot Camp
Tabata Aqua Boot Camp is a 45 minute workout that alternates short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with active recovery periods. This exhilarating workout, held in the pool, is fun and challenging for all ages.
This class can be used as cross training for athletic land-based performance or as a buoyant alternative to land tabata training. Not only will you burn calories during the class, but you will continue to burn calories long after the class has finished!
This dynamic class is a combination of aerobic activity and weight training without joint stress. Exercises include water walking, kicking and punching, aqua jogging, flutter kicking and much more! Elevate your heart-rate while sculpting your legs and core!
