Water Aerobics
Start your day with a fun low impact workout at the IC!
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 9:45am-10:30am
Saturdays: 8:15am-9:00am
This fun and energetic class includes tabata, high intensity interval training, barre and strength training an aquatic environment.
Thursdays: 10:00am-10:45am
This class is designed to keep you fit while the cushioning effects of the water protect your joints. Water weights will be used.
This class is free for members and $10.00 for non-members. Non-members can also purchased a pack of 10 classes for $90.
Please bring a water bottle.
