This fun and energetic class includes tabata, high intensity interval training, barre and strength training an aquatic environment.
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9:30am-10:15am
This class is an all body, cardio, toning and muscle conditioning class, which incorporates stretching, range of motion and even some yoga cool down techniques. The goal is health and fitness using the multi-directional resistance of water. This is a great class for all ages and fitness levels.
Looking for a fun, low-impact way to get (and stay) in shape? Try our new, total body Water Fitness class that is easy on the joints! Improve your upper & lower body and core strength and enhance your cardiovascular fitness through a series of water specific exercises performed to upbeat music. Leave the class feeling invigorated…and healthier! Great for all ages.
Water aerobics classes are free for members and $15.00 for non-members. Non-members can also purchased a pack of 10 classes for $120.
