Tabata Aqua Boot Camp
Tabata Aqua Boot Camp is a 45 minute workout that alternates short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with active recovery periods. This exhilarating workout, held in the pool, is fun and challenging for all ages.
This class can be used as cross training for athletic land-based performance or as a buoyant alternative to land tabata training. Not only will you burn calories during the class, but you will continue to burn calories long after the class has finished!
This dynamic class is a combination of aerobic activity and weight training without joint stress. Exercises include water walking, kicking and punching, aqua jogging, flutter kicking and much more! Elevate your heart-rate while sculpting your legs and core!
Aqua Core is designed to improve mobility, strengthen the core and improve the cardiovascular and nervous system through a series of exercises in the water. This low impact water fitness class incorporates ballet-type stretches and yoga/pilates movements to improve balance, posture and core.
