Boxing Beatdown is a high intensity, metabolic conditioning workout that incorporates boxing, cardio and speed into one power-packed program! This invigorating class includes punching, jumping rope and circuit training as well as heavy bag and one-on-one pad work.
Using your own body weight, our HIIT class is comprised of intervals of intense work periods alternating with short rest periods. This high energy class is ideal for building strength and improving cardiovascular endurance. This class will help you build muscle, burn fat, and improve your overall fitness level.
A challenging workout that cycles through periods of higher intensity muscular endurance movements with a variety of foundational core training techniques. This class will leave you sweating to your core!
This hour long high intensity workout is designed to test your muscular strength, stamina and cardiovascular endurance. A vast combination of exercise utilizing dumbbells, resistance bands, TRX and body weight will be used to obtain maximum results!
This class will consist of a constant “flow” of functional strength movements with a blend of core (trunk) exercises that will emphasize and reinforce proper posture of the spine. The class will combine elements of traditional strength training with dumbbells and bands, Pilates movements and isometric holds, bodyweight functional training and more.
This class will teach the Hunyuan Taijiquan 24 forms. Movements of rhythmic patterns are coordinated with breathing to reduce stress, improve flexibility, and increase energy.
Invigorate and challenge your body with high intensity anaerobic exercises that make you breathless. You’ll engage in a series of compound exercises with little rest in between in an effort to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout.
