Brian Wright

Born and raised in Maryland, Brian holds a BS degree from Frostburg State University where he developed a passion for physical fitness and became a decorated college athlete. Brian has worked in the health and fitness industry since 1998 and has an extensive background in all aspects of fitness training and coaching. His specialties include strength training for weight management, youth training, injury prevention and group exercise. Brian currently holds his personal trainer’s certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and continues his devotion to advancing this knowledge in the field of exercise science.

George Kailas

George was born and raised in Stamford. He has been active in athletics since he was a child, where he played basketball in high school and various intramural leagues. An avid exercise fan, he earned his Personal Training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. He teaches adult and youth boxing classes, including Boxing Beatdown at the IC. He is also a youth athletic trainer and sports specific trainer at the IC as well as a personal trainer at Chelsea Piers. In addition, he is the assistant Junior Varsity Volleyball Coach at Westhill High School. George specializes in cardio boxing and conditioning, youth fitness and resistance training.

Jessica Quintero-Munier

Jessica Quintero-Munier started her Zumba journey in 2007 as a student. Zumba fitness changed her life, body, stamina and outlook on “working out.” Jessica discovered her new passion and became a Zumba Certified Instructor in January 2013. Her goal is to prove that fitness can be fun and spread the Zumba message “Ditch the Workout and Join the Party!” With over several years of dance training and experience Latin dancing at family parties, Jessica creates a judgment free zone in her classes that attract women of all ages and fitness level.
