Renew Your Certification
Lifeguard Recertification Classes will be offered on the following dates (please select one):
September 21, October 19, November 2 & November 17
8:00am-6:00pm
Members: $180/Non-members: $250
*Please contact Ausra McKenna at amckenna@italiancenter.org Lifeguarding Recertification classes are designed to help you update your skills while also extending your certification for another two years. The Red Cross also offers review courses, for those whose certification is still valid (or within 30 days of expiring) while allowing you to continue to work without a lapse in verification.
Students must complete all course prerequisites, pass the swimming skills test and pass a written exam with a 80% or higher.
After registering for the course, each student will receive an email with a link to the online portion of the class.
