Starts, Turns & Finish Refinement Swim Clinic
Registration and Tryouts: March 20
4:00 – 5:00pm
This program will focus on intense competitive racing starts, efficient turns in swim races and fast and efficient finishes. For swimmers that already are involved in competitive swimming.
It is also open to swimmers who would like to improve their starts, turns and finish. We will focus on the mental approach before the race as well as setting individual short term and long-term goals.
March 26 to April 30 (No class 4/16 & 4/18)
Beginner Group
4:00-4:45pm ~ Tuesday/Thursday
(Pre-Orca, Bronze and Silver)
Each week of the clinic will emphasize the technical refinement of all four competitive strokes, as well as racing starts and turns.
Members $250 Non-members $300
Intermediate Group
5:00-6:00pm ~ Tuesday/Thursday
(Blue, Gold and Senior)
Each week will focus on endurance training as well as technical stroke refinement of all four competitive stroke and starts and turns.
