Float your yoga with this 4-week SUP (stand-up paddleboard) yoga class in the pool! Participants will be guided by an experienced SUP yoga instructor through gentle stretching and warming up on the paddleboard, and then you will get a chance to challenge your balance while you build stability with yoga poses on the board. SUP yoga is a way to play, learn, breathe, exercise, and practice letting go. Board will be tethered at one point and paddle skills are not needed for this class.

Space is limited. Weekly reservations are required.  Free for members and $20 for non-members.

Some basic yoga experience and the ability to swim are recommended.
