Start your day with a fun low impact workout at the IC! 

Aqua Tabata
Mondays  10:00am-10:45am
Instructor: Celeste Beaver
High intensity interval training.  Goal is maximum intensity drills in the water. Burns calories, improves endurance, and lowers heart rate.

Aqua Barre
Wednesdays  10:00am-10:45am
Instructor: Celeste Beaver
Increase or decrease resistance to improve muscle strength and definition for a more sculpted and toned body. 

Aqua Jogging
Fridays  10:00am-10:45am
Instructor: Celeste Beaver
Wear Aqua weight belts (provided by the IC) with  jogging/running drills in the deep end of the pool.  Fun and challenging caloric burn! 

Aqua Aerobics
Saturdays: 8:10am-8:55am
Enjoy an array of aerobic/strengthening moves in the pool.

Combination Aqua Aerobics
Sundays 10:00am-10:45am
Sunday is fun day.  Combination of all aqua classes.  We will mix it up!

This fun and energetic class includes tabata and  high intensity interval trainingan aquatic environment.

Water Aerobics
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9:30am-10:15am 

Instructor: Hadas Kleschchelski

This class is a full body cardio, toning and muscle conditioning class, which incorporates strength, range of motion and even some yoga cool down techniques. The goal is health and fitness using the multi-directional resistance of water. This is a great class for all ages and fitness levels.

Water aerobics classes are free for members and $15.00 for non-members. Non-members can also purchased a pack of 10 classes for $120.

Please bring a water bottle.
